Him and Mo (who just started) were very welcoming. Overall, This was my third visit to the Mazda dealership. The first was to service my car Last November, and we were pitched to sell our car but there were long waits while speaking to reps. The second visit was to buy a new car, after waiting for 45 mins and not greeted by anyone we left. And finally this past visit in June to sell our Mazda. The only concern would be wait times and being bounced around 4 times to a different person until Dylan came to assist. On a positive note, the Dealership looked great and had wide selection of cars. You can see the maintenance team working hard, the sales team has contagious energy and pride in their product (which is amazing to see!), and people visiting seem to be happy, even while waiting around.

He shared the excitement of me purchasing my brand new Mazda 3 Hatchback carbon edition . It was a day I’ll never forget . This was the worst car buying experience we have ever
This was the worst car buying experience we have ever had. They jacked the price up $5k from the test drive and window sticker to the dealing at the desk. They totally take advantage of buyers, several people on staff are very rude, and the customer service was terrible. They all have full voicemails so when the receptionist transfers you you cannot leave a message. Then when you ask her to hand deliver your message it takes her hours to do it and you never get a call back anyway. We literally had to drive back down there to get an answer as to if our wire had gone through. Then, items that were promised at the beginning of our deal magically disappeared and they deny including them even though they never said those items were not part of the deal. We will be in the market for another car very soon for my other daughter and there is no way they're getting our business again.

I bought a vehicle at Mazda Palm Beach gardens on 06/29/2022 I did not select the vehicle as they told cause of my credits they have selected the used car for me. I accepted it as I don’t have good credit. Yet they also told me I could not test drive the vehicle as it’s being seen too by the technician and it will be done after the paper work has been sign. This is my first time buying a car in the USA so I trusted the consultant Luis Munoz as to what he said. I got the vehicle just before 10pm and as I start the vehicle the engine light went on. I ask the consultant what could be the problem as the engine light went on he said don’t worry about it it’s probably something small as the technician will give me and answer to tomorrow so drive it home we can sort it out tomorrow (Thursday) Thursday arrive the consultant don’t answer his phone he eventually calls me late the afternoon saying he still waiting on the technician to come back to him. I told him I will return the vehicle the next day (Friday) I took the vehicle back Friday the 07/03/2022. The technician was surprised to see me as nobody told him about me brining the vehicle back. He said he will try his best to see to the vehicle as the consultant never told him about the vehicle being returned. He (Ray) called me back saying their is a bigger problem with the vehicle and his manager told him it’s my fault and he should stop working on the vehicle as I bought it as is!! I told Ray I was not even made aware of any problems on Wednesday and I could even select my own vehicle or test drive the vehicle so how come I am now responsible for the inconvenience and engine problems. Jason the manager told me today 07/05/2022 that I bought the vehicle as is and not giving my money back and I should get a lawyer if I want my money back as he will fixed it yet not give my money back and when I ask won’t it be easier just to give my money back he basically chase me out his office saying he had enough of this conversation and I should leave as he is done with the conversation. I left his office I left the car at the dealer.

I cannot be more pleased with the experience I had at Mazda of Palm Beach. I inquired online about a few advertised vehicles and within hours I was contacted by a Salesman named Luis Munoz-- and he could not have been nicer. No pressure, not the usual sales tactics BS- just asked me what I was looking for and made an appointment for me to come in. He even got his manager to let me see a full disclosure invoice before coming in (a rarity in honesty). When my wife and I arrived yesterday we immediately noticed the attitude and professionalism of this dealership... everyone had great manners and catered to the customer (another rarity). We also met Evan Fleischman- a sales manager who took the time to sit down and listen to what we were looking for... we started off looking at a Certified Preowned CX-5, but Evan was able to work with us to make a new 2022 close enough in price to consider. Even in this strange car buying market and short inventory, Evan was willing to entertain some negotiation and did work with us to offer us what I consider a substantial discount off their final price. Both Luis and Evan are people everyone should request to work with... least stressful and least hard sell car purchase I have ever done. We worked with Anthony in finance- also a gentleman. I brought my own financing and ended up using that, although I allowed him to check to see if he could beat the rate I obtained myself and he couldn't despite trying multiple lenders. He had no problem using my financing or accepting the pre-approval letter/code I suppled to him. We did have to sit thru the usual pitch about warranties, extras, etc.... but he is required to do that by his employer I am sure. I recommend this dealership as they do business fairly and spend the time required to properly complete the sale as well. Luis spent another mins after the sale going over features and controls on the vehicle. The dealership offers free snacks and water which was greatly appreciated, but my only suggestion would be to offer some kind of sandwich/salad sales in the dealership.rs.. we were there for nearly 6 hours and were starving... lol (our fault for not packing food),.. and there is nothing right around the dealer.

Amazing service unique
Last Saturday I get my new Mazda CX-9 and the sales guy Mike and his team they did a great deal and exchange my Mazda 3 2012, the whole process was smooth and easy for me. Super professionals in the whole aspects. I am so happy with my new car and hace everything I want. Definitely i will recommend Mike sales representative at the Mazda dealership North Palm beach Florida.
